XIAgenda is an appointment management system for health practices in Argentina. Its main channel is an artificial intelligence agent that helps patients over WhatsApp (and also by email and a chat on the website) in natural language: the patient books, reschedules, cancels, or checks their appointments by writing the way they'd talk to a person, with no button menus.
Not in the traditional sense. A typical bot is a tree of buttons that gets stuck if the patient writes something different. XIAgenda is an AI that understands what the patient means, interprets relative dates ("next Tuesday afternoon"), health insurance plans, and preferences, and confirms before touching the schedule.
For health practices in Argentina, whether single or multiple practitioners and multi-specialty: dentistry, physical therapy, aesthetics, psychology, nutrition, general practitioners, and specialists. It's focused on health and the appointment logic of that field; it's not a generic scheduler.
No. Xima handles everything technical (WhatsApp, the artificial intelligence, audio transcription). You manage your schedule from a simple web panel, and a guided assistant helps you set everything up step by step. You don't need to know about technology.
They write to you on WhatsApp (for example: "I need an appointment with the dentist next week in the afternoon"). The agent interprets the request, looks up real availability, confirms the exact date and time, and books it. Before booking, moving, or canceling anything, it always repeats the details and asks for your confirmation.
It doesn't replace them: it takes the repetitive part off their plate (answering about appointments around the clock, confirming, rescheduling) so they can focus on what matters. The agent is available 24 hours a day, even with the practice closed.
Before each appointment, the agent confirms in escalating steps. If the patient doesn't confirm, it frees up the slot in time. And when an appointment opens up, it automatically offers it to whoever is on the waitlist, respecting the order of arrival.
Yes. Although WhatsApp is the main channel, the patient can continue the conversation by email or through a chat embedded in the practice's website, and everything stays tied to the same person even if they switch channels.
Yes. It transcribes them and processes them as text. If the transcription fails or isn't clear, it kindly asks the patient to write it out.
Yes. Each practitioner configures which health insurance plans they accept, and the agent can search by insurance plan, specialty, time, and practitioner. For example: "a dentist who accepts OSDE on Thursday afternoon".
Yes. XIAgenda is multi-practitioner: each one loads their availability, their services and durations, and their insurance plans. The agent searches across all of them based on what the patient asks for.
Yes. They can manage appointments for themselves and for dependents (children, family members in their care). The agent handles it naturally and always makes clear who the appointment is for.
Yes. XIAgenda complies with Argentina's Personal Data Protection Law (Law 25.326): encryption in transit and at rest, minimal necessary data, and each practice has its own database isolated from the others. Administrators use two-step verification.
The agent is deliberately limited to managing appointments. If the patient describes symptoms, an emergency, or anything clinical, it doesn't try to respond: it notifies the patient and hands off to a person at the practice with the context. It's a deliberate safety boundary — it never gives medical advice.
Structured, useful data: name, health insurance, preferences (for example, that they prefer Tuesday afternoons), and appointment history. It doesn't store diagnoses or make up information about the person.
It's billed per active practitioner per month, in 3 plans you pick by which channels you want to serve: Essential US$15 (web and email), Professional US$20 (adds WhatsApp) and Growth US$30 (adds omnichannel and growth tools). Each plan includes a monthly conversation allowance. For 20 practitioners or more we build a custom price. There's a free trial, no card required, so you can try it before paying.
No. The trial lasts 30 days, is free and requires no card. You only add a payment method when you decide to activate your plan — nothing is charged automatically.
No. The price includes a conversation allowance; Xima operates all the technical cost (WhatsApp, AI). If you go over the allowance, we let you know in advance — there's never a surprise bill.
No. For the patient it's always free: booking, moving or cancelling appointments costs them nothing. The practice is the one that subscribes to and pays for XIAgenda.
